Hours: 

Normal operating hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Services provided after hours or on weekends can be arranged.  To guarantee placement on the schedule please provide a 24-hour minimum notice. We will however make every effort to accommodate the unscheduled or emergency service.

Whether you need temporary help or long-term services, The Errand Genie will work with you to make the most of your time. 

Fees:

Fees vary depending on the nature of the assignment. Most services are billed at between $20.00 and $25.00 an hour, with a one hour minimum charge. Subsequent time is billed in 15 minute increments. We offer discounts for seniors, new moms, as well as discounted monthly membership packages. Grocery shopping is performed 3 mornings a week and is $20.00 for up to $125.00. There is an additional 5% fee for any amount exceeding $125.00.  

Service Area: 

Our home area consists of all of Strafford County in New Hampshire. Services outside this area and services requiring more then 25 miles within the home area will be charged the hourly rate plus an additional 48.5 cents a mile. 

 Method of Payment :    

Cash, money orders, personal or business checks.   

Pet Services:

Gift Certificates :  

A gift certificate is a thoughtful way of saying you care. They are great for everyone, who could use a little extra time for themselves, and are especially appreciated by the elderly, new moms, and those recuperating from an illness or surgery. A gift certificate can be used for any number of services allowing the recipient the freedom to choose how they would like to use it. They also can be used whenever they wish as there is no expiration date.We guarantee you, they won't be disappointed.

What We Don't Do: 

Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to transport people.We will not perform any task we consider unethical or immoral.
