The Errand Genie is owned by Jeanne Earl Grover, a Rochester, New Hampshire native. Jeanne has 35 years of management experience in the restaurant and real estate field.

Over her career, Jeanne learned to balance her professional , personal and social life through time management and organizational skills. When Jeanne retired, she realized her skills could help others achieve this same balance. 

In the Spring of 2004, she opened The Errand Genie to help answer your prayers. The ones that start with “I wish there was more hours in a day” “I wish I didn’t have to do that” “I wish I would win the lottery so I could afford to hire someone to help me” .

The Errand Genie will free up more of your precious hours, or offer you a set of helping hands and you don’t need to win the lottery to afford their services. Working on your behalf,  your benevolent doppelganger will soon be indispensable.  

The Errand Genie's office is based in Rochester, New Hampshire. The home service area consists of all of Strafford County. Other areas outside of Strafford County can be arranged upon request.
